Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 11, 2026. This policy explains what ttkit receives when you use the site, what stays in your browser, and which third parties are involved.

Browser-only tools

Some free tools, including the generators and the calculator, run entirely in your browser.

Text or numbers entered into those tools are not sent to ttkit’s servers, because the calculation or conversion happens on your device.

Public TikTok lookups

The other free tools need public TikTok data to work.

When you enter a public username, profile or video reference into one of those tools, the request is sent to our backend. The backend reads data that TikTok makes publicly available and returns the relevant result.

We cache some public lookup results so the same TikTok data does not have to be requested again every time.

Cached results can therefore be older than the profile or video as it appears in TikTok at that moment. Where that matters, the tool says so.

We do not ask for your TikTok password, login session or account access.

Analytics

We use a self-hosted installation of Umami to measure visits and page activity.

Our Umami analytics does not use cookies.

Paid orders

Paid services require a public TikTok video or profile link, the selected package, and an email address when one is entered for the order or receipt.

Payments are handled by Stripe. ttkit does not receive or see your full card details.

After payment, the order is sent to a third-party fulfillment provider. The information sent for fulfillment can include the public TikTok link, the selected service and quantity, and the email address associated with the order when one is present.

Messages you send us

If you write to us through the support page, we receive what you type, the email address you choose to leave, and the IP address the message came from. That message is delivered to the person who runs ttkit.

Leaving an email address is optional. Without one we can read your message but cannot reply.

What we do not do

• We do not require your TikTok password.
• We do not receive or see your full payment-card details.
• We do not send entries from browser-only generators or calculators to our backend.
• We do not use cookies for our Umami analytics.
• We do not claim that public TikTok data is always live. Some lookup results may come from cache.

Retention

Public TikTok lookup results may be cached to avoid repeating the same request.

We do not publish a fixed retention period for that cache, because the period can vary.

Payment information handled by Stripe and order information handled by the fulfillment provider may be retained in those services under their own systems and policies.

Third-party services

ttkit relies on third parties for some functions.

• TikTok is the source of public profile and video data used by the lookup tools.
• Stripe processes payments.
• A third-party SMM fulfillment provider delivers paid engagement orders.

Those services operate independently from ttkit and have their own systems and privacy practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the way ttkit works changes.

The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
