Refund Policy

Last updated: September 11, 2026. This policy explains what ttkit does and does not promise when a paid order fails, is only partly fulfilled, or later changes on TikTok.

Before you order

Paid orders can be passed automatically to a third-party fulfillment provider after payment.

Check the TikTok link, service and quantity carefully before continuing to Stripe.

Once fulfillment has started, an order may no longer be reversible.

What a refund status means

A refund is complete only when Stripe shows that the payment has actually been refunded to the original payment method.

An internal ttkit order status, including a status marked “refunded”, is not by itself proof that money has been returned through Stripe.

Failed orders

If an order cannot be fulfilled, it may be marked failed or cancelled in our order system.

We do not promise that every failed or cancelled order is automatically refunded unless Stripe also confirms that the refund was processed.

Partial delivery

We do not currently promise an automatic refund, partial refund or refill for an order that is only partly delivered, unless the relevant order page explicitly says otherwise.

Drops and later count changes

TikTok can audit, remove or adjust likes, views, saves or followers after delivery.

A later change in a TikTok count does not by itself show that the original order was never delivered.

Where a service is described as “non-drop”, that means the supplier uses its non-drop service pool. It is not a lifetime guarantee that TikTok will never reduce or adjust the count.

Algorithmic results

Paid engagement does not guarantee organic reach, placement on the For You page, future views, sales, earnings or account growth.

We do not promise a refund merely because the paid service did not produce one of those separate outcomes.

How an actual refund is sent

Any refund that is actually issued is processed through Stripe to the original payment method.

The time it takes to appear after Stripe processes it can depend on Stripe and the card issuer.

Asking about an order

You can write to us through the support page. Messages go to the person who runs ttkit.

That page is a way to reach us, not a promise of a refund. What we do and do not promise is what this page says.
